Who's behind BluHound Solutions?
In 2017, Matt Badgley was presented an amazing opportunity to start BluHound Solutions with the mindset that it takes a community of hardworking professionals that are willing to share what they know and learn together in order to evolve better workplaces and deliver amazing solutions. Matt’s 30-year career journey has had him wearing many hats ranging from Analyst/Programmer to IT Manager to Product Manager to Engineering Director to Lean/Agile Enterprise Coach. He’s a practicing learner, aspiring leader, speaker, and he’s always walking the line between pragmatism and conviction when it comes to the application of agility based principles and practices.
Matt’s stated Purpose is simple, “I believe in working with teams and leaders of teams to help them get better, learn, and be successful in creating solutions that delight their customers … all while having fun.”
