Our starting positions, our skills, our desired outcomes are all different — so we don’t rely on one framework or toolset to get things done. Instead we use our lean and agile principles that guide us to experiment, seek feedback, and learn fast.

Learning Comes from Practice

To quote Ted Lasso, “Taking on a challenge is a lot like riding a horse, isn’t it? If you are comfortable while doing it, you are probably doing it wrong.” To learn, you must get out of your comfort zone. We look to enable teams through a combination of instructor-led workshops, on-the-job trying of ideas, and coaching feedback.

Iterate, Iterate, and Iterate More

We focus on getting some little thing done fast, so we can get some feedback, learn something new, and do it all over again.
